How much is shipping fee?

We try to find the cheapest possible means of transport and we adjust the actual amount charged to reflect the correct charge. We inform the customer via e-mail of any such adjustment before processing the order and payment.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are packaged with great care. All orders are sent by courier and are fully insured. Delivery time is usually within 10 days of ordering in Taiwan, and within 18 days in the United States. Delivery times to other destinations will be provided on request if you just e-mail us with the details of your shipping destination.

What if I'm not pleased with the order when I receive it?

If goods are returned undamaged, with a copy of your sales receipt, within 30 days of our shipping date, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.

How will you use my name and address information?

When you complete our Order Form, your name and address will add to our customer list. This information will not be provided to any other organization under any circumstances, and will be used only to provide you with notice of special events, or special offers that Timeless Aboriginal Art may feature from time to time.

Contact us by e-mail, phone, or fax, if you have any questions, and we will give you the answers, tell you the story behind any of the pieces, or send you more pictures.

If you are looking for something in particular, please contact us with the details and we will do a search for you. We have close relationships with aboriginal artists of the Taiwan, and will do our best to find what you need.
